Finland

Want to change the product or size? Products or sizes cannot be exchanged directly in our online store: please order a new product or size and return the original. We will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee 10€ applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Want to return? Returning your product is very easy and simple. You have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition, you received them. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee 10€ applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund. European Union (except Finland)

Want to return? You have a right to request a return within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your order. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition, you received them. Customers outside Finland need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. Please make sure that the return will be delivered directly to our warehouse. We do not have an opportunity to do customs clearance for the returned products or pick them up at the post office. We will refund the full cost of the product.

Other Countries (outside EU)

Please note: If you are returning goods from outside the European Union, please first contact our customer service with your order number. Thank you!
